Carson Wentz:Locker Room Problem???

Jesus with the anti-Center diatribe already. Eagles won a SB without their QB and LT. IMO they don't win that SB without Kelce. He was fantastic that year and in the playoffs. His ability to pull and to get ot the second level to seal guys off was like right out of a clinic (even though he gets downfield too early on short passes sometimes). He was absolutely Huge for the Eagles SB run. That doesn't mean Center is more valuable than QB or LT but it does show it is important. The backup Center for Dallas played better than anyone could have hoped for this year but even still they could not move the middle of the DL and that was huge in short yardage all year long and really the whole Rams game. The OL proves the old saying that "a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link" better than probably any other position in sports. If your center allows push up the middle every play it just doesn't matter how good the rest of your line is.

Yep I did... one player at 15 so over the last 45 year I moved the goal posts about a centimeter... but that still doesn’t prove my point wrong. GMs won’t use high picks on Centers for a reason. Over 500 picks in the top 14 over the last 4 and a half decades and not one center... but they are really REALLY important. Uh huh. Sure.

THis argument only stands true when it benefits him though. Because it doesnt hold true if you say goff went #1 and wentz went #2 , then thats irrelevant. Also when u prove him wrong, he just changes things a bit

I didn’t say it’s irrelevant... I said it’s flawed logic. One team proved they thought Goff was better but you have no idea what the other 30 GMs thought.
