Well, in the end, the Saints were the better team.

Injuries made a big difference (losing Cox, Maddox and Douglas for a big stretch hurt a lot). And this game also showed why Wentz is the better option for the team long term.

- Wentz most likely would not have underthrown Ertz on the INT, or the other big underthrow (to Jeffery IIRC).
- In the end Foles was showing in his demeanour what the other side is of Foles (back to his bad habits).

As the Bears were extremely lucky to be in the game at half time, it was the Bears who lucked out to actually getting the chance of a game winning FG, Sure, that it double doinked was lucky (the tip was not though). But that it got to that point was Bears' luck.

1. Barely missed pick 6 for the Eagles D.
2. Barely missed INT in the Bears half of the field.
3. Horrendous INT by Foles taking 3 points of the board.
4. Horrendous dropped INT in the endzone for an Eagles DB, allowing for 3 pts for the Bears.

And then I will give you the Bennett stupidity (personal foul) which IIRC extended a Bears scoring drive.

Still not 100% sold on that...……….

He barely touched it. It had nothing to do with the kick really. Because Parkey barely made the practice one, he tried to drive the kick too much, put it in place to be touched when it shouldn't have in the first place, and then the tip didn't affect it since it needed to be slowed down to super slow mo to even tell he touched it. That was 100% on Parkey.
