id be curious on the legality.Not so sure that's technically illegal either. Unethical perhaps. Likely more illegal for the employee than for TMZ
Heres why i question it.
Two weeks ago by father got into a car accident in a gas station parking lot. A lady backed into his car, admitted fault to him, and left. WHen they called the insurance companies, she then turned around and disputed the claim, saying he hit her car. I said, call the gas station they have cameras, easy fix. The gas station said that they can only release the video to law enforcement or insurance companies, and it comes with a 75/100 fee. But by no means would release him and footage, or publicly release.
now obviously thaats different. but were talking gas station cameras for a car accident
