I was just going by what Dean stated. He said PR was proving to be the deep threat we needed. He is averaging 13 YPR and hasn’t caught a 50 yard pass. I just don’t see that as proving anything.

Yeah, I can dig it and I agree with you. Hell, PR was averaging 37.4 receiving yards per game when he got hurt. His season high in receiving for a game this year is 63 yards on 4 catches and he only cracked 50 receiving yards twice. His long gain for the year was 46 yards and he only had 2 catches of 30 yards or more.

Not even dean believes that bullshit he was spewin about PR being a legit deep threat.

I wouldn’t say we hit on AP quite yet. If he plays the second half of the season like he did the first half...huge hit.

I would say we "hit" on AP wouldn't you? Nobody f'n wanted him except the Skins. It is not his fault the whole OL went down. He has been EVERYTHING on offense.

To this point, he has been a hit. If you can’t sustain your level throughout the season, your early efforts are wasted and you are no longer a hit, because it is all about the playoffs.

Why didn’t anybody want him? I would say it has to do with his age, how he runs, and sustainability. Last season, he started great with Arizona and fizzled. He has started great with us, will he fizzle?

So, now you want to excuse his success for the remainder of the season because the OL is injured, but you don’t want to credit the OL for his success to this point?
