I only have 1 thing to say at this point.................

LOL @ believing both teams have shown everything they have to offer at this point in the season.

How in the hell are we really going to analyze this matchup based on the fact that both teams have taken care of business against Wilma, Dorothy, Phyllis, and Margaret University?

I think Iowa lost to Wilma U in the second week:tm:

Because Phyllis was a badass?

This game could go down to the wire, but I do give the edge to Wisconsin. The only problem is that we haven't seen either team play stiff competition yet, so who knows.

They also don't need QB transfers to walk in the door and take over the starting position. Impressive

What about recruiting? Do you not do that because it's like a transfer from their high school to your college? What if Jerry Rice, Tommy Nobis, Deion Sanders, and Barry Sanders magically showed up one day, eligible and as good as they ever were? Would you turn them down because they were transfers? Hell no, you take the best player you can.

It is a little hard hating on Nebraska after all of these years of going, "Hey, they remind me of us..." But there's no turning back now. The Badgers and the Huskers are squaring off. I have no idea what the score will be. Nebraska will be fired up, and I can't imagine these Badgers being all shy about it either. It should be a good game.

I'm going to have to go with Wisconsin on this one. The last time I heard Nebraska folk saying that going on the road to a tough environment wouldn't be a problem they came to Lane Stadium and had quite a few false starts and mistakes. Night game at Camp Randall and Russel Wilson make the difference. I still like Nebraska but don't see them pulling this one off.

About that. You say that Nebraska trying to stop the big play from Wilson is not the key then in the same sentence you say how he will torch them.

Stopping the run is still the key.

If you don't stop the run, you can't stop the pass.

Tommy Nobis? Of all the great players to ever wear a helmet, you come up with Tommy Nobis? I had to Google him to see who he was.
