Join the ACC instead of the SEC...... seems like a cop out to me.
How am I trolling? I am stating a fact. You really think ACC is on par with the SEC? If you sincerely believe that you really need to re-evaluate how much you know about college football. Texas is doing the same thing as Virginia Tech and ducking out of playing better competition. Sad considering Texas is supose to be so dominant that they are ducking out of playing the best.
95-46-4 against the SEC
Looks pretty damn dominant to me.

So if they are so confident why are they pussing out of playing in the SEC. Its a sincere question. They are pussing out. Its the same thing as if The B1G was finished and the SEC invited OSU and OSU said oh no, we rather play in the B1G East or the ACC.

I think they are reluctant to join any other conference because they would have to share or re-neg that giant Longhorn Network money.... That's a lot of cash & they don't have to share it with anyone.
SEC would be the best place for both Texas & Oklahoma, to THE football conference. Plus they would make a good bit of cash doing it.
B1G >> SEC will be proven by this years bowl games.
Too bad we HAVE to have A&M. Kind of a drag if somehow we get Texas and Oklahoma and A&M came too. Don't want Alabama going to the East.
Would it really matter? They (the SEC) will have to cut out some of the OOC games, more conference games & the rivalries would still go on, new ones made. It's the future
that is if they don't screw up the matchups again
last years were horrible, there was no way Michigan State stood a chance against Alabama and Michigan definitely didn't have a shot against Mississippi State, Penn State really didn't have much of a shot against Florida either.
I love that LSU vs Bama game. Don't want that match-up to be once every 4-5 years. I want it every year.
