Garrett Richards sustained an injury in the first inning of his game and Jose Martinez missed the whole weekend due to paternity leave.

Unfortunately all the teams in the playoff push, that need a 3B possibly, are NL teams and with Beltre needing to DH some down the stretch, that will probably limit his value some

Things will change with injuries and if Beltre is able to stay healthy,

Braves are a possibility bc they have a young 3B they can continue to get time during the regular season and play Beltre more in the playoffs

Who knows, maybe they could package Hamels, Choo and Beltre, considering they need pitching to push McCarthy out of the rotation, a leadoff hitter (.281 OBP from Braves leadoff hitters this year) and an upgrade at 3B (Camargo hitting .221)

They could find a pitcher. They may not be very good, but what difference does that make.
