He's also only 19. He's going to improve simply by being around better players. This doesn't even account for the own work he will do on his own to improve his game.
Dude, you know the Knicks, Magic will see him as a savior and the Cavs will think he's a selling point for LeBron.
That's his floor.
I'm sorry. I'm just not sold on him. I've seen a ton of OU games this year on TV given that I'm in the DFW area. And I never came away impressed.
He's good but he's playing with trash. And his game does have holes. Doesn't mean he can't fix it. But he shouldn't have to get his ass beat by being triple teamed another season so he can get drafted later than he will this year.
I just need to know if those results means that Boston gets nothing? If so...awwwesome
Yeah, no...lolAt #25.
Not sure Doncic can play the 3 but maybe he can.

I'm laughing my ass off at any team that picks Trae Young. That was a kid that should've went back to school a 2nd year.
I'm pretty sure the Celtics flat out get the Kings' pick, no pick swap. No, they get swap rights with Sacramento next year, so they'll be right back in the top 5 while probably playing in the Finals. Good move Colangelo...
They're gonna have a very nice starting lineup next year if they use the picks and even FA money wisely. I could see them drafting Luka and trying to throw a boatload of cash at a big in free agency. Capela would help but I don't expect the Rockets to let them go unless they can get LeBron and aren't able to keep him. But right now I expect them to take Ayton.Yo.....The Suns have the 16th pick too?
Shit....
If they go Ayton, they could possibly get Gilgeous-Alexander at 16 or trade back and get Brunson, Holiday, Milton....
If they take Doncic, they could go Robert Williams, Jontay Porter, Mitchell Robinson...
They have hella options.
Especially when you remember they have #31 too.
Obviously no player is a guaranteed star, but those 2 look like the best in the draft and have been most talked about at the top of draft boards since the season ended. I think Vlade would love Doncic but Ayton might fit a need better. Even though it'd have been great for them to get #1, there's a bit less pressure on them because whichever one the Suns take 1st the Kings can just take the other instead of having to choose one over the other.Congrats @Bolts . My prediction skills didn't get you #1 but it was still good enough guarantee you a shot at one of the two best players (Ayton and Doncic) in the draft. That is, unless Vlade and Vivek Kings this up and take someone like Trae Young. But think good thoughts!
And polite golf claps to @Mecca for predicting the Suns would win

But as always, there's still a chance they fuck it up...
I am not sold on Doncic........He is a great ball handler - I will give him that but He is not great at anything else........He only shot 31% from the 3 last season in Europe......He not a physical guy, AVG under 5 rebounds per game last season and I am not sure he is great at finding the open man as he only AVG 4.5 assists........Finishing off the drive in the paint will be much more difficult in the NBA with the increased size and athleticism...............I understand that NBA scouts know a hell of a lot more about evaluating talent than me - he is getting a ton of love.....Lots of guys have him in the top 3 in the best Europeans ever to be drafted in the NBA........I dont think the kid will be a total bust - but I just think that he will not live up to being a top 1-3 pick.........AS another SG/SF, I think Mikal Bridges will turn out to be a much better player............Guess time will tell.
I completely agree with this. I think Doncic will end up being a decent pro, but I think he's more of a 12-15 ppg guy than a 20+ ppg guy like you would expect out of a scoring type top 3 pick. Lack of athleticism will hurt him at the rim and on D at the pro level. I also agree that Mikal Bridges will be a better value guy at 8-10 ... I think he can be at around the same ppg level as Doncic when it's all said and done while being a better "overall" player.
@Wamu if you could give me 1 of 2 options
1. The Cavs beat Boston...
or
2. The Cavs get swept by Boston but win the lotto
I choose win the lotto- since it would mean LBJ is going nowhere and will retire a Cav.
Is there a 3.?
