I’ve said it before... I think Dallas is a legit contender and it’s not because of Lee, Zeek and Dez. It’s because they have about 5 stars on their OLine and DLine. I hope they don’t land a star DT in the draft and I can’t think of a better signing then Trey Burton. He will be expensive but not outrageous. Wish we had the cap space to keep him cause he is a no name guy with tons a receiving potential.

Don't know enough about your cap or willingness to sacrifice the future by restructuring. Doesn't sound like there is room to keep him. Getting rid of foles will save something, right? Sudfeld looked competent enough to be backup if you think Wentz is going to be back soon.

I just don't see the need for the Eagles to make this move. Guess we will have to wait until the end of next season to see if it was wise or not.

I like the move because I read he is a fantastic 3rd down DT. Cox, Bennet, Barnett and Graham are all pro bowl types and he just brings even more pass rush ability. He is older but will stay fresh because of the rotation scheme. Plus with the Cowboys superior OLine we have to invest everything we can to go against that unit.
Could this blow up in their face cause his personality problems? Sure... but our GM has been the best in the NFL the last 2 seasons and I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt before I criticize. The moves he made last year were so good it brought us our first title.

Lane gave up the supplements and was the best RT in the NFL this year. His first suspension was for something that is legal now. The 2nd time he swears he used the NFL app to approve it. Sounds fishy but hopefully he learned his lesson. Next time it’s 2 years and our line crumbled without him. Dude shut down everybody and he faced some great players this year particularly Von Miller and your boy Lawrence. We need him to stay clean.
