As a Redskins fan I have ti disagree for two reasons.

1. I never want to see another NFC East team win a Super Bowl other than the Redskins

2. Philly winning the Super Bowl will be a catalyst for Dan to go into panic mode and start chasing big names in free agency again.

I feel the same way against NFCE Teams. Of course I'd have to replace Redskins with Cowboys.
Talked to an Eagle fan today, he can't believe how many Cowboys, Skins, and Giants fans were oulling for Philly. He agreed he could never pull for aother NFCE team.
Only explanation I can think of is damn millennials.
At least my millennial son gets it. To hell with a direct rival.

I did get a "how much damage did your fans do to your city?" text, so I guess they were able to find their moral high ground and continue with the "philly is trash" narrative.

I also saw a "Philly still has the fewest rings in the division," so the goalposts have been successfully moved.

That said, I don't know how I would feel if the shoe was on the other foot. I guess I would say congrats to them if the Redskins ever pulled it off.

I think it was cosmetic damage more than anything. Couple planters tipped over, an awning of a hotel torn down...couple street signs torn down...probably a couple thousand dollars. Honestly, Philly should have a fund put aside for things like this. "Don't worry, we budget every year for something like this."

I think it was cosmetic damage more than anything. Couple planters tipped over, an awning of a hotel torn down...couple street signs torn down...probably a couple thousand dollars. Honestly, Philly should have a fund put aside for things like this. "Don't worry, we budget every year for something like this."

It wasnt that bad. 2017-2018 is the year of Barstool. I think there was 1 flipped car, a food fight at a wawa, the awning that came down, and a couple of street lights...

The city was asking for the street lights to come down with the lard and stuff they were putting on the lights. It was almost like a running joke.

The national media wanted it to be way worse then it was to fit the narrative but when a couple million people take to the streets in MULTIPLE different pockets of the city some of those things are expected..

Hockey fans produce just as much damage with 1/5 the amount of people celebrating!

I rooted for Philly, and I can't stand the Eagles.
