Let's say that as part of a new contract, Dan Snyder actually and factually has offered 10% ownership in the team to Kirk and he turns it down because he simply doesn't want to be here any longer. In this scenario, it is completely up to him. The question is why does he not want to be here? It’s a cause and effect thing. While KC may make the decision to leave, it will be because of how he was treated by the FO. It won’t be because of the money. Greed is not the issue, as much as Dean wants it to be.

Yup!! I know that it's often difficult to want to believe this, (not you) but one thing is certain, no one will or can in any logical way assert that it's not only possible, but close to the bone.

I think Dan and Bruce would be THRILLED to be able to honestly say, we made him a solid offer and he just wanted out. So he left us no choice but to make the move we did to get the QB we did.
