It wasn't about the Bruins. USC clinched the south and will play in the CCG. They have no bye during the season so no week off but since thier regular season ends after the UCLA game they do get a week extra between the UCLA game and the CCG. thats the week off I was talking about.

IMO, no. It was Falk not hitting wide open receivers. Not saying Utah is a bottom feeder defense but when Falk throws 4 would be easy TD's out of bounds it's on him not stellar defense. The second half I'd give some credit , but if Falk plays like he did against you guys in the Apple Cup he will be on the sidelines for the final 3 quarters.

Good luck in the CCG against whoever it is. Not that I'm thrilled with SC winning another damned Conference Title, but the South needs to represent sooner than latter... this shit is just becoming a landslide.

Well, that's absolutely 100% true.

Even more so, no South team has never won a PAC 12 Title.

That's why I said another PAC Conference Title.

I have no coug hate really. My step dad is a coug (taking him to the AC) and there's a shit ton of them around here because there aren't really many jobs on their side of the mountains.

If Stanford takes care of business this week and downs Cal all we will have left is ruining the hopes and dreams of the coug fans and help send Stanford to the CCG. You bet that's a big thing around here. Might not hate cougs, but no way I want to hear their BS for the next 12 months either. Should they make the CCG there's no way I'd pull for them despite how much I can't stand USC for the same reasons.

Good luck to you in round ball. Not really that big into it myself and obviously UW is heavily into rebuilding mode anyway and likely won't be much more than a footnote in the conference standings. New HC should bring more energy, but they lost a lot of recruits and really don't have the players to do anything major right now. It's going to take Hopkins a few years to build that back up. So after the season I'll be turning more to winter projects around the house and more family time until bowl season ends and then take another break until Baseball opens up.

I don't root against the cougs unless/until they are playing UW or are a threat to do something more than UW. Of course there is zero times I would pull for them to do something big. Why would I?

Well unfortunately with my job I couldn't say fuck off, I just said Roll Tide, I just hate the bandwagon nature of our state. People who don't give two shits about UW hopped on the bandwagon much like the Seahawks then get bent out of shape.

I've never rooted for your football since 1992, I've rooted for a few dudes to do well on the team but never a win. That's why I despise Oregon/UW week, I'd prefer being waterboarded then root for either of you two schools.

Your baseball team on the other hand I rooted for but nobody on the west coast realizes college baseball exists.

I can't see that continuing this year. USC is going to roll whichever team ends up there. They are coming together at the right time and get an extra week of rest before that game. All of their complexity was just making it to this point with no in season bye week. Now that they are here they are coasting. TBH I can't see the CCG being much of a game for either Stanford or WSU. The South will win it this year.

Um no, on either front. If it came to that I'd make an avi bet that SC has at least a double digit win. The game won't be in miserable conditions on the Palouse late on a Friday night. You honestly stand no chance at all. None. This is SC's year.
