Evidence of how bad Stanford has been traditionally. David Shaw, in seven years, tied Pop Warner for all time Stanford wins Friday night.
Surprised Wazzy didn't take exception to this. I mean by now he's long since passed out, but this was up before sundown.
Point is right now there are 3 teams vying for the conf title, not two. If you want to include Stanford you must also include WSU. The road is easier for Stanford, but WSU will have a bye before the AC which is huge. The last team that came off a bye against us was ASU. That shit matters a LOT this time of year.Eh, the only team playing semi good football is USC, Stanford had a nice upset win but wouldn't say they are playing good football. And can't say we are playing good football, if Luke was even a shadow of himself we would've beaten Utah by 50 with how well the defense played for the first 3 1/2 quarters.
By 50 ??? That’s reaching. What was wrong with FalkEh, the only team playing semi good football is USC, Stanford had a nice upset win but wouldn't say they are playing good football. Was he spotting or something. Get out of here with that 50 shit.
Ok dude, it's 28-0 after the first 6 minutes of the game if Falk was remotely his normal self. Instead he held onto the ball. Should I say 40 to not hurt a Ute's feelings? Utah had zero business being in that game except our QB is afraid to pull the trigger, and when he gives scouts another reason to dock him with his arm strength.
Pac 12 network put Oregon Arizona at 4. then again its on Pac 12 Network so only about a dozen people will see it.And in the news of the shocking, ESPN has given the UW v Utah game a 7:30pm start time.
Make that 8pm if they're broadcasting truck crashing.
What’s his normal self? Hurt my feelings
With post game blah blah? You know what would have been funny
If we did end up winning that game. And the question
Would have been How does a team win with 7 turnovers. Ya 7
And you beat us by 8.
I would really like to see Rojo came back, but I don't think he will. IMO, he will be a 1st round draft pick in the 2018 draft. Not the only thing that sucked. Was it just.Or were those commentators sucking off Colorado all game long.I had to hit mute
Hoping Rojo comes back for his senior year.Hs passed some prestigious records. And has a real opportunity to surpass some more huge names in SC history. One more year pushes him up the draft board imo

I agree, I think Darnold will and should came back. I think the extra year will help him, I don't want him to be another Mark Sanchez.I don't see him coming back. he's probably a 1st rounder. I think Darnold might come back. If he does it would be the first time in a while the QB and the receivers come back the same year. Every year the QB loses his top receivers or the QB leaves as a JR.
Its looking like its between thw Browns and Giants on who will pick #1. SF traded for Goropalolo,.etc...I agree, I think Darnold will and should came back. I think the extra year will help him, I don't want him to be another Mark Sanchez.
Then he needs to declare and not get an agent. Come to think of it, maybe I'm wrong. If he declares, can he come back to college if he didn't retain an agent? Its looking like its between thw Browns and Giants on who will pick #1. SF traded for Goropalolo,.etc...
Giants have telegraphed that they may be looking to move on the next year or two with Eli.
Darnold made it clear that he doesnt want to be the next Browns mess, but if the Giants get that pick, he could go.

Did you watch a fairly crappy Stanford QB in his third game carve up that secondary? I mean they had people wide fucking open the entire game. Wide. Open. The injuries in that secondary have finally caught up to them.Well ya, technically we are in it. But, even though Browning gives me confidence we might win, Falk isn't giving me much confidence that our defense won't be on the field all day.
Yes, as long as he doesn't retain an agent, he can declare, then change his mind and come back.
For his long term success in the NFL, the smart move would be to return to USC. While he is very good and can make all of the throws the NFL needs him to make...he needs to learn how to throw from the pocket better and he needs to work on his decision making. While a lot of his issues with the ints. was due to having an all new receiving corps, poor decision making and trying to force things were also part of the issue.
Having said that, staying will likely cost him some money because when NFL teams want a guy to come out early and he doesn't, they start picking everything apart and the guy usually drops, no matter how well he performs on the field.
