You really want to use how A&M jumped in the rankings after a 1 win 3 years ago to justify the horns getting ranked #11 last year?

It happens to you horns all the time.
Last year - Texas beat ND....that must mean they are back. Make them #11.
This year - Texas has a new coach lets rank them preseason.

At least A&M actually did something on the field to be ranked last year and will have to do it again this year.
