You knew it wouldn't take long after he shanked that punt. He's been doing it all year...did it against us.

The only reason he was signed was because of his directional punting, but that doesn't help if his direction is 10 yards...LOL

The only thing that irritates me about this move is that now we have another new piece on the field goal team. I'm assuming Mesko will be the holder -- Hopefully this won't cause a major issue in a playoff game.

Let's face it...another Huber just isn't out there...hopefully Mesko will at least be better than Powell.

I'd trust him in that regard. He was very consistent in NE.

Well, obviously he is flawed in some way. If he were good, he would have a job.

Maybe JDM has a thought on that?

He was pretty good in New England. We let him go because Allen is also very good and was cheaper. Couldn't tell you why he's available again.
