If you needed a forward for your team, who would you take, Rodman or Zach Randolph? Both are phenomenal rebounders.

I think I'd take Z Bo because he's also a good scorer.

On a bad, average or decent team: Z Bo.
On a championship level team: Rodman

Depends on what is surrounding them. If you don't need a scoring PF, I'll take Rodman. His defense was much better than Z-Bo's. Big game James says Rodman was toughest player that ever defended him.

Rodman helped teams win rings.
His tenacious defense and rebounding made teams truly elite.
His impact on shutting down the best frontcourt scorer of the opposing team is far more valuable than his own ability to score points.

Z-Bo helps teams get to the 2nd round.
He can score points to get his team win 50 games.
But he is a mediocre/bad passer who is also a suspect/poor defender.

Rodman, always.

Randolph is one of my favorite non-athlete athletes though. Loved watching his dumb ass in college for a little while.

If you have scorers, Rodman. If you don't, then Zach.

Rodman is a role player. One of the best PF defenders in the history of the game and also one of the best rebounders ever.

With all due respect to Randolph, this is a little bit of a silly question in my opinion. Rodman was a hall of famer.
