I was right even if you believe I was wrong
Packers:
MVP has to go to Nick Perry. He leads the team in sacks, pressures, and is second in TFL as he's also a beast in the run game as an OLB.
He was a first round draft choice in 2012. However, in his first two seasons he was always injured. In 2014 the Packers picked up Julius Peppers who led the team in sacks last season with 10.5. Perry sparingly seen the field. He was only really known for his power rush despite running a 4.5 40 time at 280 lbs. The guy does have amazing strength and athleticism with a 38 inch vert, and had 36 reps on the 225 lb bench.
In 2016 during the mini camp he basically benched Peppers by showing he's now the better player. He cut 15 lbs to 265 lbs so he developed a speed rush, can cover the pass and still has more power than almost any OLB to stop the run and have a beast mode bull rush.
Nick was just a guy in his first four years now he's the guy on the defensive side of the ball. It's been pretty impressive to see a 5th year guy make a jump from a backup to an elite all pro (so far) caliber OLB.
