My first ever game that I bought with my money or got as my own?

I want to say Super Mario Brothers for NES was my very first game. We had it where I went to day care (btw I still have an NES and it works great).

One of my first ever Computer games was Empire Deluxe. I loved that game and played it a lot. I also got Doom 2 when I was a kid (I was playing it when I was 10 and it didn't make me want to go kill anyone). I use to play that a lot. I found out the cheat codes for it and I would love going through the level and getting the monsters to fight each other.

I don't remember what it was called... it might have been made by IBM... but it was old as hell, before we got an Atari. It was a big white keyboard, and the game cartridges jammed into the side of the box.

Sounds like the TRS-80 Color Computer 2 or 3, the original CoCo was silver however.
