I think Jerry would hire Lovie Smith if Garrett leaves. Lovie's son is already on the coaching staff and Marinelli would probably take over for Monte Kiffin. If Lovie takes another Head Coaching job Rod Marrinelli will probably go with him to be D-coordinator/Assistant Head Coach.
