Apparently someone in the league read the articles that outed their hypocrisy and took all merchandise with that picture off of their virtual shelves. I'm sure they still got at least a couple days worth of profit out of it.

The league is being hypocritical and stupid once again...like when they players for big hits then use those exact hits in their promos. Yes, Lynch's crotch grab may be tasteless, but if you are making money on it by selling that photo, then you don't need Lynch's fine money that badly.

Pretty sad when the fine for grabbing your crotch is $20k and a blindside block that could seriously injure someone is $22,050!

The NFL has ramped up the punishment threats to Lynch about as much as they can, short of a threat of suspension for the Super Bowl. According to Bleacher Report, it sounds like they're prepared to fine him $250,000 if he doesn't cooperate with reporters this week.

The NFL has a right to expect Lynch to honor his contractual agreements.
That said, They try to cover some of the money they did not make off his crotch by fining him????
