My understanding is that during the argument with the ump the d'backs manager pointed at Molina and said "And then you let this motherfucker frame the pitch just because of who he is." In this case "motherfucker" is just a figure of speech and Molina should have realized this and let it go but he's a bitch ass punk so he didn't.
