Wow, Seahawk fans must be rich!

Turns out the two highest prices for tickets this year anywhere in the NFL were both at Seattle. Check out this excerpt from an article put out today:

"On the other hand, if you want to see the 9-2 Saints play the 10-1 Seahawks in Seattle on Monday, you're probably going to have sell your car, your cell phone, your dog and your refrigerator because the CHEAPEST ticket to the game is going for $220 right now.
That makes Monday night's clash the most expensive game to get into this season. The most expensive game before Week 13 was also in Seattle. That came in Week 2 when the cheapest ticket to see the 49ers and Seahawks on Sunday Night Football was $204. Apparently all they spend their money on in Seattle is coffee and Seahawks tickets. "

I went to that SF/Seattle game in September and I remember people standing outside the Clink with signs that read "need two tickets. Name your price$$"

Nice to see how dedicated our fans are and also how much rival fans are willing to pay to come see their teams compete in one of the best environments in sports.

That's bound to raise the price a little.

I remember when that loser from LA, Kenny Fuckface Behring owned the team. Back in those days some good Samaritan Seahawk fans that could not make the game would just put their pair of tickets on the windshield of a parked car downtown only to notice an additional 6 tickets would be placed there later.
Times have changed. I give PC all the credit.

I paid 250 for Hawks nest for the week 2 showdown against the 49ers...those same Hawks nest are 320-350 now for the Saints game

I remember a few years ago when Hasselbeck was still our qb...Hawks nest was $60-90

Have to laugh at the gap between our cheapest ticket and the cheapest ticket at the bottom of the list. If our game is the most anticipated game of the year, that Browns vs. Jags game has to be the least anticipated, or at least somewhere near the bottom.

You can't sell all the tickets as season tickets. It is a league requirement that teams have to hold a certain amount of tickets for individual sale for every game.
