If we snagged Hader I would consider this a successful offseason. The bullpen would be significantly better with Hader, LeClerc, Sborz, Yates, Castillo and Kelly (very high on him). The offense is intact with potential to be better than last year due to Langford's huge potential. Obviously need rotation depth but that can be obtained via trade and doesn't have to be a major move, IMO.
Great point. With that said, Hader is the guy that most improves our chances of repeating.
If we had a closer last year I believe we would have finished 6-8 games above second place Astros.
Definitely. We blew so many saves last year that it is a miracle we managed to win 90 games. If we get Hader I think we win 96-100 games and take the division next year.
