German defender fouled Sweden player in the box. Refs didn't call anything in live action and VAR refused to take a look at it as well.

Replays clearly showed contact was made and a penalty should have been the end result of that play.

Not surprising. They seem to refuse to call stuff a lot in the box. There was one yesterday where two Swiss guys were bear hugging a Serbian guy and didn’t call anything.

Exactly. They even said that penalties in the box was a focal point with the refs before tournament with addition of VAR and is no different than before because refuse to make call and use VAR
