Easily - but that attitude has been the general theme for the Knicks for the last two decades. It reminds me of the battered women who get groomed by their male spouses to accept spousal abuse and accept it when they are told it's their fault.

Iverson went to my Dad's high school. I remember my Grandfather telling us about this kid who had John Thompson showing up to watch him. We kept saying "yeah but when he gets to Georgetown he's going to get swallowed up by the next level." Never happened. Wasn't that long ago Iverson was the best basketball player alive.

Starbury was slightly over-rated though. He was good, but he wasn't exceptionally great either.
