With future defensive changes for the Patriots will this be their last Super Bowl for awhile ?

The AFC belongs to the Patriots until someone else can prove otherwise. I dont really care who the Pats are losing or who's retiring. This still requires another team to step up and beat them in January.

Then why do they win 12 per on average? Why do they have a slightly better winning % against teams not in their division than in it? How do they keep winning AFC championships and SBs when they rarely face an AFCE team in the playoffs?

Inquiring minds want to know.
