PG's and 2-way wings are the most valuable assets in this league. Doesn't mean a big can't be valuable like Jokic but a young PG that can do everything on a rookie contract....not much more valuable of an asset. Sac will likely be more successful early but Indiana got the better player for the future.

Sure but the Kings already have a freaky really good young PG. So is Fox + Sabonos better than Haliburton. Thats all I'm saying

except PGs tend to start their decline around 31, unless your name is Steph or Chris paul. aka the two best PGs of all time. (Magic is such a utility knife I didnt' count him here but if you wanna make him here then 2 of the top 3 and let everyone fight over it) .

26-31 is the prime of a wing player for sure.

I think a 100% embiid, shaq, hakeem etc are still the crown jewels for the most part. But they're so rare that wings tend to have it. Especially with the made for tv gimmick because a much more common shot.

Let's not forget Hield was in that trade too, which could net the Pacers a 1st in trade. The trade worked for both sides.
