Well, you see there are a host of other factors which may affect the announced attendance.

1) Weather
2) Visiting team appeal - they are the WS Champs
3) How many fans will go to PNC yet watch the game on their phones and tablets?
4) Are there any Steelers draft parties getting an early start?
5) Are there any traveling shows or concerts in town tonight, like a cirque de solei or a pron star at a local strip club?

After careful deliberation (I stole that line from Shanny), I will abide by Price is Right rules and say 18626, which should be about the same at CEC.
