The Eagles defense was somewhat overrated last season - the Chiefs moved it easily in Super Bowl 57, and they got no pressure on Mahomes in that game - and before this season the Eagles lost their top 5 tacklers from last season. I’m really not surprised they’ve struggled. Their LB unit and their secondary aren’t nearly as good this year as last year.
