I'm wondering how Wilcox graded out yesterday. Heath seemed to be playing a little more. I know he played for Chirch a few plays too. Wilcox missed a big tackle on Lynchs big run but other than that I didn't see much out of him. I've actually like Heaths special teams play so far this season. Very physical, just like WIlcox. As far as MUrrays workload, how do we take him out . He had 30 plus touches again yesterday. I'm more worried about him getting worn down than injured. Most of our games are gonna be close so I don't see how this can be diminished unless JG just says this is Randles series. Yesterday we saw more work out of the other 2 but if we keep the ball 38 minutes and have a lead we are gonna run it. Truth be known we could have taken a knee 3 straight times and ran the clock more and not got the holding call at the end. I know we are trying to go up 2 scores still. Just a thought. What do you think- keep feeding the stud or cut him back some

well this may seem mean but......

If they don't plan on resigning him, you ride that horse til it dies! Its not like he is asking to come out.

Yep I have thought the same thing. He had 270 touches last yr, the only yr he has ever been over 200. He has 180 touches already or 30 a game. 480 touches is what he is on pace for. Even if he averages 20 touches the rest of the way he is still on pace for 380. I think you roll with it as long as you can. Who knows maybe we wrap everything up and he can take off the last 2-yeah right. lol

I think 16 carries for Murray, 10 for Randle and 4 for Dunbar the rest of the way would be wise. Sort of a Felix Jones/Marion Barber deal. Then ride Murray like a donkey in the playoffs

I liked the way Dallas was rotating them in the 1st half against Seattle. I wouldn't mind seeing more of that. On average, I think something like 20 carries for Murray, 6 carries for Randle, and 4 carries for Dunbar would be good. If the game is tight in the 4th quarter like it was in Seattle, they can always lean on Murray some more if they don't work him too hard early. If the game is a blowout, I think it should be Randle/Dunbar time. I don't want to see Murray overworked, but I do want to see him given an opportunity to continue the great season he's having.

You ride that horse like Jimmy rode Emmitt. Emmitt had 368 carries in 1994, 377 carries in 1995, and 327 carries in 1996. There is no rest for the weary, and he hasn't carried the ball a ton in his short career. Maybe back him off to 25 carries a game, but ride him to the playoffs.

I say ride him until we're in a fairy comfortable position and then let off the gas a bit. If we make the playoffs he's no good to us at 50%.
