Why is Miami ranked?

They are behind Duke for heaven sakes. Their ranking was based off of beating a 4-5 Florida team also.

It is not like they are in the top 10.

There is not really many 2 loss teams from AQ conferences unranked below them.

They are more or less fairly ranked......They are probably in the 20-30 range of best teams.

The better question is, why the fuck is OU still ranked? Also, regarding LSU and UGA, they have 3 losses, they have no business in the top 25. Again, this crap about quality losses is such bullshit. Teams were never awarded for having a quality loss back in the day. You don't get rewarded for losing. So sick and tired of "Everybody's a winner" bullshit.

Oklahoma had 2 top 25 wins up until last week (Notre Dame and Texas Tech)

Oklahoma has 2 top 25 losses (away from home).

Now that the Irish and Raiders have fallen, the Sooners will likely follow soon.

But, they deserve to be in the top 25 at least.

Why don't you just enjoy your top 10 ranking and concentrate on winning your last 2 games. It would be tough, but very Missouri-like, to see you guys lose the last 2 games, miss Atlanta, and end up playing a bowl game in Nashville.

and who exactly have you beat that is any good? The only legit team you have played is South Carolina, and you lost. Mizzou's BCS opponents combined record is 26-27.

I don't have them ranked right now. If they can pull of a win at Duke (god, when was the last time Miami needed to "pull off a win" at Duke?), I'll move them back to 20-25.

But at 9-3, I have them below the following 9-3 teams at the end of the season: LSU, A&M, Okie State, ASU, Texas, VT and BYU.

instead of concerning yourself over the top 25, you should just concern yourself about what a "reward" is. losing to a few good teams does not mean a team is bad, especially when they have a couple of wins over good teams as well.

lol @ thinking that a team can't be one of the 25 best in the country if they have 3 losses. a team could lose 3 games and still be top 5 if they were, say, narrow losses to alabama, florida state, and stanford. if that same team also had wins over lsu, texas a&m, and clemson, where do you think they should get ranked? lol @ not top 25.
