I'm guessing the can stuff also has a shit ton of sodium, preservatives, and other crap like that. Oh and yuck, way lots of yuck.

Real gravy, as we all know is made with lots of fat. Obviously its bad for you but tastes the best. That fake can gravy is not only gross IMO, but like others said, packed with sodium and sometimes MSG but its usually pasty or slimy. Good and simple way to make some is make some broth and thicken it with starch. It will taste better than the canned stuff and not be near as unhealthy as the real deal.

the dietary fat in real gravy is worlds better for you than the sugar/corn-derived sweetener that's in just about every box/can/bag of stuff you get at the grocery store.

My grandmother is 92. 4'10" in both directions. An Italian that lived on cheese, pasta, meat, sauce and gravy. My other grandmother was as health as can be, ate right, at 66 was about to get remarried and was fucking parasailing as a hobby and one day just didn't wake up.
