No way would I want to eat a horse but I admit, I am a hypocrite. Doesn't bother me about cows, pigs or chickens but I bet if I was around them more, I would feel different. Horse meat is way to lean anyway. There are people around here who buy up a bunch of horses at auction and pack them into a semi so tight that they cant move. They take them to Mexico for slaughter. Horse aren't like cows and they are smarter than people realize.

In african hospitals, they serve horse because it's fulla nutriments an stuff. I think it's got electrolytes
