Angels lineup should be among the best in the AL and they could end up having a pretty decent rotation. Weaver and Wilson are good. Richards will probably regress, but he's shown a lot of improvement (especially in the strikeout department) and Skaggs was a highly touted prospect (and has looked better so far this year). Pretty iffy on Santiago though, last year seemed pretty fluky.
