Gruden to me is showing the very issue I thought he would have after listening to his early press conferences. He said he wanted to take things old school and with his no nonsense way of coaching that just doesn't relate well with players of today. Throw in look at all the over the hill players he has brought in to try and capture that old school way of doing things. I just can't see this working out well.
