Why are Utah and USC playing on a Friday?

Just this week. perhaps he meant to put Eastern. 9PM is too late to start a football game and actually watch/care unless you are drunk and have nothing to do in the morning on saturday

Yeah. Typical late Saturday PAC games start around 9 pm CT (10 pm ET).

They routinely go past midnight and even till 1:00 am.

I try to watch them, but usually fall asleep in the chair at some point during the 2nd half.

Michigan State vs Arizona State last year started at 10:45pm eastern time. No weather delays.

They should have a Friday night game every Friday. I think they do. They just need to try to make at least 1 of the teams somewhat relevant. They've done that too. At this point it looks like every Friday night game has at least one ranked team through week 8.

Well if you are staying up just for that, you are correct. I more like having a game to either flip to or have happening while I drink a few. It's better than nothing. 2 teams ranked in the top 25 could be a decent game.

Sucks for the pac, but it's amazing for football fans. We literally get football from 11am CST until we pass out that night. When i go to a UT home game i love getting back to the hotel and finishing these pac games.
