It's definitely not a forgone conclusion by any means but if there was any team in the league that I would be willing to bet right now wins their division it would be New England. I'm guessing most feel the exact same way. Also looking at the divisional opponents they just have a lot more question marks than that of the Patriots.

Jets--Who the heck is the QB this year?

Bills--Are they still coached by Rex...Yup ok then should be safe. I will say they would be the one team I would be slightly worried about as they do have talent and probably the 2nd best QB situation in the division.

Dolphins--New HC and well coaching staff in general so going to take them some time to put it all together.

So again that leaves NE even if Brady is suspended for 4 games with people feeling confident in picking them to win the division unless crazy injuries happen.,

Every team definitely has question marks at this time of the year. Again like I said nobody is a foregone conclusion. What if Brady goes down with injury during preseason? What if they lose Gronk to another knee injury? I mean things can and will happen to some of the top favorites.

Heck last year PFF put out an article showing who they thought were the top-6 teams in the AFC...They listed

1) Indianapolis Colts--Obviously they fell apart big time
2) Denver Broncos
3) New England--Them and the Broncos were the teams if I remember right with the longest winning streaks for division titles.
4) Baltimore--Again another team that fell apart
5) Miami--Another team that earned a top-10 Draft pick
6) Cincinnati--Got another one right.

So obviously the teams that we just think are the top of the top are not always what they seem.

Come hell or high water, I think RG is going to get his man, and Brady will sit the 1st 4 games of this season and they will lose two of those...@ AZ week 1 and BUF week 4.

BUF looks like a 10-6 team and I understand they have a mandate for something, playoffs I think...Jets with Fitz, 9-7 to 10-6...MIA I don't have a grip on them....they could be 1-3 after week 4, and I'm picking them to lose week 6...9-7 topside.

If there was a year for the Pats to slip, this would be it. I do think Brady matters and Jones mattered.

I think they'll still win. My Buffalo vote is my belief that they'll make the playoffs. The Jets are old and peaked last year. The Dolphins are mediocre in every way.
