Yes the rumor was started by a guy named Incarcerated Bob. He also stated that Winston picked up a Western Union in Louisville before the Louisville game. Only problem with that was his timeline. Supposedly Winston signed for it 2 hours before kickoff. Kind of hard to do don't you think?

Makes sense they are probably investigating the FSU vs Louisville game because a bookie claims Winston and his friend that (played at UAB) conspired to fix a bet he didn't want to pay. Have no idea if it is true but once those allegations are made they are looked into because that is serious stuff and the Feds don't play.
