Dude get real. You want me to believe that if , tomorrow , Jones and Nelson we're both FA's and Seattle could get one of them and Seahawks management left it up to YOU to choose that you'd take Nelson?? GTFO of here with that nonsense. Even Packers fans wouldn't take Nelson . Lol.

Nelson getting old, so that would matter to me. However if they were the same age I'd take Nelson. Nelson was super last year, better then Jones.

Jones is the best receiver in football as we sit here today but he's not light years ahead for a position with several super star type players league wide.

as usual...the Atlanta homer is just being that

Through 6 seasons

Nelson 302 catches
Jones 497

Nelson 4600 yards
Jones 7610

Nelson 35 TD
Jones 40

And Nelson has played with a better QN his whole career. It's not close. Sorry.

By the way Your TD total thru 6 season for Nelson is way off. He put up 35 in just the last three seasons.

I wonder if he used 2015 as part of Jordy`s past six years?

Oh the first 6 seasons, not the last six. Cute. Lets add up the last six years and even include Jordy missed season.

Jordy 57
JJ 40

Just take a standing 8 count will you, then retire. I told you months ago I was tired of slapping you around that it was hurting my hands. Maybe you can find a nice retirement community for used heavy bags. Good luck

You're having another Bagdad Bob moment aren't you Corky ?....

Why would you do the last 6? That's not how it works. Lol. Even if you did that Nelson would be crushed in every category save TDs. There's no way to spin Nelson being better at any point in his career than JJ. Even last year Jones had 200 more yards despite playing 3 less games . It's just not close man. Nelson is very good . Julio is elite

Because comparing their stats head to head since Jones been in the league makes more sense.

Even if you did that Nelson would be crushed in every category save TDs.

Some would say putting points on the board is what important, not getting yardage between the twenties. Jones been great in his way and Jordy in his. I'll take the guy scoring TDs, but that's just me, maybe if I was a Falcon homer I'd feel different IDK.

That's not how comparing athletes of different ages works and you know it. Even then Jones is still clearly better in nearly every statistical measure

Arizona lost the NFC title game by 40 and was nowhere near as talented as Atlanta . Atlanta blew through the NFC and the Falcons roster is loaded. That's not a slight on AZ but Atlanta was a vastly Superior team at the end of 16 than Zona was in 15

AZ blew threw the competition in 15 with a huge point differential and a top offense. Palmer injured his thumb in week 16 and things went down fast. There was no reason to believe they wouldn't have a great 2016 with a healthy team. Especially when they returned every player who touched the ball the previous year. And quite frankly, losing by 30 to a 15-1 team on the road in the NFCCG with an injured QB is easier to recover from than blowing the biggest lead in SB history. That kind of loss can stick with a team.

You are saying the exact same shit I was saying at the beginning of last year. I'm not saying you are wrong, but the NFL gods can be a cruel bunch. The team now has a target on their back and teams have a full season of film to game plan against that offense.

Be careful with your over-the-top confidence.

Except the one that matters the most, putting points on the board. It's not like Jordy only scores points, he gets a decent amount of yardage.
Look it's all good. Jones is great, Nelson is great. Guess it depends on what you like out of your receiver.

We shall see. AZ was a very good offense in 15 but they were not as good as Atlanta last year . Ultimately they will play the games and we will find out

I'm going to choose to believe you're arguing this solely to argue it and not because you actually believe it. Carry on my friend lol

I would never take Nelson over Jones in any universe. Just my opinion.
