Meh, maybe but he did win an MVP and got to a SB. Putting up 28 points in the first half vs. Belichick is pretty good. Sadly, the second half collapse by the entire team is the only thing people will ever remember. 28-3 baby. Lol.

Interesting to see that the first 5 nonQBs on the list are:

13. Larry Fitzgerald (17 seasons, 3rd overall pick)
17. Ndamukong Suh (13 seasons, 2nd overall pick)
18. Julius Peppers (17 seasons, 2nd overall pick)
19. Von Miller (12 seasons, 2nd overall pick)
20. Trent Williams (13 seasons, 4th overall pick)

The amount of money they make is staggering

Yup, it's nuts.

I recall the SNL skit with Father Guido Sarducci where "baseball has been very, very good to Pete Rose" when he signed for $1 million...looking at that made me think about how nuts sports contracts have gotten.

Been saying for a decade that Stafford would retire as the guy who has made the most money.

Had perfect timing coming into the league.

He might hold the title for a little while, but he also needs to stay healthy, and that seems to be an issue recently

I remember differently.

You might be right...of course it was about 50 years ago...so my memory isn't so great at that kind of distance
