Who has the better defense?

I've seen Kerrigan play a number of times. He is a beast.

I don't think the defense was all that good last year, though. I do think they will be middle of the pack in 2016 which should be enough for Washington to win the division unless something weird happens.

You set it up just fine. The problem here is outside of Washington and Dallas not many care too much on this topic. They are both middle of the pack looking defenses at best playing in possibly the worst division in football. Now as for the poll I'll take the Redskins mostly because the Cowboys pass rush is gone for quite a bit of the season and their 2nd round pick that I like is missing most if not all the season.

lol, the poll is ok, but what I think people are saying is that neither team has been able to do much with whomever had the best D among those two teams. Maybe you should have included a "Have no idea" option.
