Top 5 teams with a chance at the 1st pick: Browns, Rams, Bills, Bears and Tenn.

Somewhere Deshaun Watson is having cold sweats right now, tossing and turning and crying tears like a baby, muttering, no, no!

That's why I'm not surprised more high profile players don't do something scandalous before the draft so they won't go to the worst teams and move down in the draft (like what happened to Tunsil this year)

Sure you'll lose money going down in the draft, but nothing kills your potential than going to a horrible franchise.

Well, I'm not sure if it matters 1 or 2...it looks like the Clem kid and MIA kid will be the top 2 QBs in '17 unless somebody comes out of nowhere...at this point I would take Kaaya.

Screw that. Give me Myles Garrett and best available defensive back. I'm not sold on any QB right now to take that early.

I feel you, and if they are better football players than the QBs, I'm with you, but at some point you gotta get trigger man.

I'm a huge proponent of the idea that you only spend an early (top 10, namely) pick on elite prospects. If the QB available isn't elite, don't take him. Look at Seattle, New England, Cincinnati, Dallas, Washington, Denver, New Orleans, Oakland, etc. You don't need a QB drafted in the first round to have success (or in Oakland/Washington's case, put together a young team on the verge of being successful). Myles Garrett has all the talent in the world that a guy like Khalil Mack or Von Miller has. Get elite players, and grab a QB in the 2nd/3rd and you will succeed.

Speaking of 3rd round QBs, I can't wait to see Cody Kessler make some starts.

I don't disagree with you there...I think I said if the player is better than the QB, you take him and build around him.

FWIW, I've never seen this kid Garrett play...if he's all you say he his..by all means...you take the elite talent, but you're not going to win anything of substance without the triggerman 95% of the time...where you find the trigger man matter little...but NE got lucky with Brady, SEA got lucky RW.

No doubt in my mind the Brownies will have the #1 overall pick. Eagles didn't look bad Sunday, but they might still finish in the bottom 5 of the NFL, almost certainly bottom 10.

Who's the best QB in college right now? :puzzled:

Wow lots of hate for the Brownies # 1 and #3 lol

Browns have the eagles #1 in the next draft. Browns worst in the league and I'm hoping Philly loses plenty too.

Depends on the style of offense you want him to play...
