I had no choice.

I lost Chris Johnson this week so I had to choose between Starks and Lacy. Any person with a brain would start Lacy after back-to-back 100+ yard games......but as usual, GB tries to get cute.

I'm glad they're getting the shit kicked out of them right now.

Unfortunately, Aaron Rodgers is the only consistent play on this Packers squad.

This is the first year I've ever drafted a bunch of GB players and it was the wrong year to do it. Right now I've got Lacy, Starks, Cobb, and Jones on my team. I picked up Jones in a trade, but still...

Same here. I had not started him since he sat out the previous game against Detroit. He had back to back game of over 100 yds, so all signs pointed to him finally hitting his stride. Boy, were we fooled or what?

I dont know why but the announcers seemed to think something happened during the week of practice. With that said, the Packers tried a but of young guys out last night.

Lacy is not the type of back who can get a touch a quarter and be productive. He is a volume runner. Giving the first two series to Starks when Lacy was coming off back to back 100 yard games is just stupid. The Pack had all but abandon the run game before Lacy even saw the field. It was 17-0 before he had his second carry. Talk about setting him up for failure!

Agreed. Power runners wear out the defense which opens up holes to run through
