Mahomes and Wilson are the most scary but also have the potential to make a big mistake more than Rodgers or Brady. Stafford is a bit of an unknown at this stage.

At some point it becomes more about the surrounding team.

Herbert having such early success should scare a lot of people, tbh.

I agree but went with Mahomes. Wilson would be 2 and Rodgers 3. Herbert may move up before the end of the year, the kid looks like the real deal. Wilson's football IQ on top of his physical abilities are indeed frightening.

Mahomes over Rodgers. 3rd place would be interesting between Brady, Wilson, Herbert, and Jackson, (unlisted). I'd take Stafford over Potato Salad, (also unlisted), for 7th.

went with Arod. Chiefs as a team is scarier but question is QB.
Rodgers doesnt make mistakes. Stays chill with time running down. & is most likely to make a team pay. Almost always delivers.

Went with Mahomes. The ability to throw at multiple angles, and consistently bring his team from behind put him slightly above the rest, IMO. He might make some mistakes compared to a few others on the list, but he also can make some plays that those same can't make at this stage in their careers. His versatility in the pocket chief among them (no pun intended).

I'd like to say Wilson for obvious reasons, but jury is still out on him at the moment with his refusal to use tight ends (unless they out route) or go over the middle of the field. Yes IMO he has THE best deep ball in the league... but when the defense is expecting it every snap, kind of pointless.

I think I'd have to go with Mahomes or Brady (yes, still). Brady may be 44 (I think?) but that man's vision and football IQ is insane. And his cheat meal is a Quinoa bowl (a superfood) for Christ sake!

Brady or Rodgers. Both win and have a ton of experience doing it, nobody makes adjustments better than these two and both are still at the top of their game. If you add in scramble ability than Mahomes is definitely right there but I would be more scared of Brady/Rodgers than Patty.

Passing I have to say Mahomes. Part of that is the team around him and coaching but his ability to extend plays combined with that arm talent can be lethal.
Brady in the clutch isn't so much being scared as it is just a feeling of inevitability. A defense is like, "Oh shit, our offense scored too soon and left 1:30 on the clock for TB. We are fucked now."
I think Kyler Murray and Lamar Jackson scare people with their ability to run and make defenders whiff and look really, really bad on hilite films.
The deep threat from Russell Wilson is always on people's minds but some of his other game still needs work as @Sharkonabicycle said.

Yeah, Brady remains among the scariest. The only difference being he isn't mobile. If you can create pressure up the middle on him and hit him you can get him off his game. Easier said than done though but at least you can come up with a game plan. Damn guy is a freak of nature.

That's the rub with Brady ....to a degree he does not need mobility because he knows what you are going to do before you do.

What's scary is he doesn't have to be mobile and that's why I had to include him on my list.... I'm sure when Lamar runs (or does stupid front flips) every Ravens fan's heart skips a beat.... mine does a little when Wilson takes off.... Brady's vision, accuracy, and IQ is so high he doesn't have to. I mean he juked Brian Urlacher one time, but let's just say Brady running is a rare event to see lol.

Spot on. His pre-snap reads are IMO unmatched in NFL history.

back in the day near the top. Nowadays I think it has more to do with his team. I mean he is still a great Qb but as far as dangerous. He is on a stacked team. His last season in NE people were thinking he needed to hang it up. So in this list I wouldnt rank him at the top. I think under a minute to play which QB would I fear the most.
Rodgers is my answer.

Right, now add to the fact that Brady probably spends more time doing 1 on 1 receiver work outs than anyone.

They get to the line ..he see that match up he has been waiting for ..and his kicker is already putting on his helmet before the ball is snapped.

IDK, but I’m telling you now Herbert’s the next great qb. If that team ever quits having 120 yrd penalty games and at the worst times. They’re going to be dangerous
