It is an ignorant opinion.

People don't hate Cavs fans. The hate @WiggyRuss because he is obnoxious. Just like you don't get singled out because of your fandom. You single yourself out with ridiculous posts like your Norm Nixon garbage.

You want to convince yourself there is some grand conspiracy against you, then go right ahead. Bottom line though, on here trolls and bad posters get called out. You are a bad poster.

As for the general opinion thing, the entire purpose of these message boards is to express opinions with other like minded people. If someone has a homerific opinion, that is fine. Just own it. You can't.

I do have respect for most of the OKC fans on here though. While they will never agree with me or some of the others on KD/Russ they are at least intelligent enough to know that their opinions are at least somewhat biased based on what transpired and their emotional connection to their team. You are completely unable to recognize that in yourself.
I dont let you get away with your bullshit "i used to coach pee wee basketball" so i know what i am talking about in regards to the NBA...that seems to hurt your feelings. lol

I don't root for either the Heat, Lakers, or Warriors. It's really all it comes down to regardless of what the consensus claims. Like my early CBS days, I'm trying to go back to embracing the hate...Been working on my top 50 players the last week and a half and wanted to eliminate distraction.

Am also heading back to school as I approach my 30th birthday this winter and may eventually take more time off this site...Can't be a dietary aide my whole life...
100% spot on.--- embracing the hate..lol...that is an apt thing---- I mean- obviously the Warriors are great--- but it is pretty funny to listen to the delusions of grandeur from Heat and Lakers fans when there predicted win totals. The Lakers fans already seem to be more interested in NEXT offseason rather than the season that hasnt even started yet from all the FA talk.

Miami's over under is 42.5 from what i saw--- so they are predicted to be about .500 in the crappy east. The Lakers from what I have seen have an over under of 32.5 --- Cavs have 2nd best odds once again to win it all at 4-1....and are the obvious favorites to come out of the East.....should be another great season if you ask me. lol.

and seriously dude- go back to school - get a degree. Going back and getting my doctorate was the best decision that I made. The extra income you can earn is WELL worth getting a degree. Not only that--- but going back to school and learning something - working hard- is also its own reward. Dont wait too much longer though- the longer you wait- the harder it gets--- you dont want to be 50 working at some schmuck job wishing you had gone back to school and being bitter at people that did.

Me too. That was a good dude. Wonder what happened to him?

He came on here for a while right? Then he left after a few years. He was so in love with DRose and when that went sour i think he soured, or, perhaps he got a life (;-)

im kinda excited for the Cavs to have DRose come off the bench--- whether its backing up someone like Bledsoe --- or Kyrie or whoever.

You take the O/U too seriously. Let's cancel the season because the O/U predictions came out. I take it with a grain of salt. Some pretty bad O/U misses from last season.

Houston- 41.5 (won 55)
NYK-38.5 (won 31)
Orlando-36.5 (won 29)
Wizards-42.5 (won 49)
Miami-36.5 (won 41)
Detroit-45.5 (won 37)
Denver- 34.5 (won 40)
Dallas- 39.5 (won 33)

the over unders are DEFINITELY not definitive but they are most definitely predictive.

Its not like all those casino's/books in Vegas were built in the middle of the desert because they lost money.

wasnt sure--- did i say they were "predicted" or did i say- I AM TAKING THESE VERY SERIOUSLY VEGAS IS NEVER wrong?

Smart money would be to take the over on the Heat. Thank me later Wiggy

Here's your senseless babbling again. The Heat had a very low projection of wins last season and far eclipsed it. I'll stay with the team I have.

As far as the Cavs having the 2nd best title odds, whoopty fucking doo. You do realize that the Warriors return the same team, right? The same exact team that ran your team up and down the court. Your team is not built to beat the Warriors, and your 2nd best player wants to be traded. I'm just going to start Cleveland as LOLand if you don't mind.

So.....

lets just take a look at how many high profile stars moved via free agency.

George got TRADED. CP got TRADED. Griffin RE-SIGNED. Heyward went to Boston as most predicted. John Wall RE-SIGNED. Blake Griffin RE-SIGNED. Curry RE-SIGNED. Durant RE-SIGNED. Jimmy Butler got TRADED. Kyle Lowry RE-SIGNED.

so- one guy- Gordon Heyward--- 1 major free agent signed elsewhere.

guys DO NOT LIKE giving up that money that comes with their Bird Rights.

Flawed logic again.

- George wasn't going to re-sign with the Pacers after the off-season. So he was willing to lose out on money the following offseason just to get away from Indiana.

- Same scenario with CP3. Didn't want to play for Rivers supposedly and wasn't going to re-sign with the Clippers. They traded him before he could opt out as a free agent.

- Griffin likely wasn't going to command top dollar from some of his suitors for what he got in LA. Plus he's in a major market, which is appealing for someone like Griffin.

- Heyward, as you mentioned, went against money and went to Boston given his relationship with Stevens as well as Boston's position to win (at least competitively in the East).

- Butler has been in trade rumors for years with the Bulls. They're finally starting the rebuild and traded Butler. Don't know what this has to do with re-signing for his bird rights. More than likely, if Thibs is there I don't see Butler leaving Minny.

- Curry and KD. Of course they were both going to re-sign with the Warriors. They're in the Bay area and are in clear contention for the next 2-3 years at least. Where were they going to go?

- Lowry and Wall are probably your only points. But again, who was throwing max money Lowry's way? Wall wasn't (as far as I know) a free agent, the Wiz decided to extend him.

So of all of your babbling, there's only really one player that decided to essentially cash in on his bird rights who plays in a less than ideal market (Toronto). Outstanding logic there, Wiggity-wam.

lol....cmon now..use that lump 2 feet above your ass.

What was my last line? "Guys dont like giving up their Bird Rights".

Did Atlanta ever offer him a contract using his Bird Rights? If they DID where would he be?

thanks for trying though.

He said Tristan Thompson was better than Milsap a year or two ago. Yes, he acts like Milsap doesn't exist.
