What To Do With This Trade??

So I'm in a 12-team H2H Standard scoring non-keeper league. A team that is 3-12 has just accepted a trade to an 8-7 team. Here it is:

The 3-12 team gives up Miguel Cabrera(arguably the best Fantasy player out there).
The 8-7 team gives up Martin Prado, Todd Frazier, and Randall Delgado.

I am not the commish. I want thoughts first on this trade, then I'll give more details on everything else that goes along with this. Annnnnnnd cue the music............

It was veto'd by the league. I was simply preparing myself in case it went through. These two teams had a "deal" the previous week that was even more outlandish but was veto'd by the commish. I was simply getting tired of this 3-12 team trying to ruin the integrity of the league, which has been together for like 5 years now.
