PowerShell and Python. Those have the most tie-ins for systems administration.

I'm not going to list the ridiculous amount of programming languages I've used in the past. I've recently delegated web development to another member of my team, so thankfully a bunch of languages are off my plate now. The majority of programming I do right now is in SQL, C#, VB and Crystal Reports.
