We know exactly what Oregon was going through. Every year you go in thinking your team is so strong and every year you trip up on one conference game, often one you didn't expect, and that's all she wrote... until the following season. They had their break through year and came up just a little short against Auburn. Those undefeated Pac seasons are rare and special and you just can't waste them. USC fans will say the same thing about their decade in the early 2k's. Dominating team that gets tripped up in conference and takes their NCG hopes away.

While some O fans are throwing in the towel, it isn't actually totally over yet. They have issues, but if they can turn it around against UCLA they are right back in the hunt even if they are on the outside looking in and needing help.
