Are you seriously suggesting that dumb dumb Ireland did anything that could possibly be confused with an 'adequate' job of picking players? I mean, really? Look, every blind ass squirrel finds a nut eventually. And I'm really not entirely convinced Shelby is a 'diamond in the rough'.....he might be a decent player at best, perhaps he developes into something more-time will tell. But for every 'solid player' that you can pat Jeffy on the back for, there are at least FIVE players that are probably delivering mail right now. Parcels AND Ireland never drafted ANYBODY that has ever truly made a difference for this franchise (in a positive way-cough cough). Jake Long, Tannehill, Daniel Thomas, Jonathan Martin.....all absolutely pathetic picks, and there are sooooooo many more. You're clearly confused if you honestly think Ireland wasn't one of the worst GMs EVER. Nice parting gift he gave this team btw-Ellerby and Wheeler for huge coin? Nice......enough said.

Our D has gotten some sacks but not very impressive beyond that. They are bend but dont break type D - and they are bound to break at some point with their inability to tackle and no offense

Definitely need Misi and Jones back although I'd still draft a MLB next year...

Need a TD back here and hopefully D can hold or turnover.

Need to establish the run on first down more often... going with a pass every time isnt doing fucking shit... all it does is make it harder on second and third down.. now we run and do nothing. We do absolutely NOTHING with that big return. NOT A FUCKING THING!

I know man, sorry....just so frustrated at this franchise for sooooo many years. I've gotten pretty sick and tired of looking fwd to the draft instead of the season. I just wish things would FINALLY go right for this team and their horrible decisions regarding past drafts/free agents. Good Lord.....
