Singleton with the worst penalty of the year .. at least Kareem Jackson's penalties are around the ball, and he's always trying to break up a pass or create a fumble .. Singleton just gave Houston that TD

D did all they could without forcing a turnover but Wilson throwing 3 picks is the reason we lost, any goodwill he had that game doesn’t matter when you have that type of game.

Each time there was momentum, Wilson threw a pick .... We were fortunate to have a shot there at the end, the game seemed out of hand a bunch of times in the second half

It's easier to lose games that are blowouts. With a very good chance to win the game, we blew it. This kind of loss is the most painful of all.

I never want to see us get blown out. That kind of game isn’t worth watching. I agree, this is a tough loss. Somehow, going into that final drive with us having 2 turnovers, barely 200 total yards and zero 3rd down conversions, we still had a chance to win. Having it end on a third RW int really sucks and unfortunately is the football life we live with this QB.

Seems like this was a game we had to have, but hopefully, this is a temporary setback and we find a way to win at LA and at Detroit.

Yeah, I'm obviously not a fan of the Broncos getting blown out. I'm just saying that when we have a great chance to win at the end and don't, it hurts more. Broncos had this win in their pocket. Four chances to punch it in. Sucks.

the non PI which was face guarding
and the not getting the fumble recovery followed by the deflected INT could have made a huge difference.

they weren’t behind the sticks yet failed to convert a 3rd down
that may have been the real issue behind the loss.

Broncos caught a good team after a loss. In their house. That's always a tough one. This team is still a work in progress. A loss like this is always tough but for the first time in years I actually feel we have some direction. Plus this doesn't eliminate us from the playoffs this year.

Totally agree ..

The worst part of a close loss are the "what ifs" ... There are no "what ifs" in a blowout

It's still hard to accept that loss to Washington in week 2 ... It's hard to accept the loss to the Jets ...

There's no acceptance problems with that loss to Miami this season ...

Speaking of Miami, I'm still upset at the loss vs the Fins Week 6 of 2002 when Jason Elam hit a 55 FG with 40 seconds left to put us up 22-21 , only to have Jay ******* Fiedler drive the Fins down the field and have Mare make a 53 yarder to win as time expired

The vision of one of Fiedler's passes going thru John Mobley's hands will haunt me forever

And truthfully, right now, I cant remember one play from 2023's loss to Miami

The close ones are far worse

Team played much better in the 2nd half, but the turnovers just can't happen. Wilson had another down, throw that thing out of the endzone rather than the jump ball. So frustrating. This team still fights though as it would have been easy to just give up in this game the way Collins and Stroud were rolling and the lack of any semblance of an offense for the first 2 quarters. To be in the game was good to see.
